Clinical testing
Passiva's photo-therapeutic and regulatory experts work with clinical and pre-clinical compliance teams so products are safe and ready to ship. This can include safety trials as well as efficacy testing.
Co-development
Four phases, four exit gates
Work runs under a single master agreement: statement-of-work based through development, purchase-order based through commercial supply. Each phase ends in a decision, not an obligation.

Confirmation and alignment
Confirm technical feasibility on a test formulation, establish success criteria, and begin regulatory alignment. Deliverables: red light emission performance data, dose-response curve, initial feasibility report.

Final formulation and claims support
Optimize and finalize the commercial-ready formula, agree claim language, and design the substantiation testing. Concludes at pilot batch readiness for target SKUs.

Initial market test with LRIP
Validate manufacturability at your CMO or plant. QC confirmation across viscosity, stability, color, PLT dispersion, and red light output. Supply terms formalized.

Full launch and ongoing supply
Full-volume PLT supply with a certificate of analysis on every batch, ongoing claims validation, and quarterly roadmap reviews.
