How does a brand start with Passiva?
Work runs under a single master agreement across four phases: feasibility on your own formulation chassis, final formulation and claims support, low-rate initial production, then full commercial supply with a certificate of analysis on every batch. Each phase ends in a decision rather than an obligation.
Who does the formulation work?
Your formulators, with ours alongside them. Passiva supplies the additive, the integration know-how, and the testing support. The product stays yours, built on your chassis and run on your lines.
What does Passiva provide for claims and regulatory review?
A claims-ready data packet for marketing and medical or legal review, plus regulatory package data support. Claim language is agreed jointly in Phase II and the substantiation testing is designed around it.

Work runs under a single master agreement: statement-of-work based through development, purchase-order based through commercial supply. Each phase ends in a decision, not an obligation.

Confirmation and alignment
Confirm technical feasibility on a test formulation, establish success criteria, and begin regulatory alignment. Deliverables: red light emission performance data, dose-response curve, initial feasibility report.

Final formulation and claims support
Optimize and finalize the commercial-ready formula, agree claim language, and design the substantiation testing. Concludes at pilot batch readiness for target SKUs.

Initial market test with LRIP
Validate manufacturability at your CMO or plant. QC confirmation across viscosity, stability, color, PLT dispersion, and red light output. Supply terms formalized.

Full launch and ongoing supply
Full-volume PLT supply with a certificate of analysis on every batch, ongoing claims validation, and quarterly roadmap reviews.
